The project management process of web development can be divided into four phases: Planning, Design, Testing, and Production. These phases can be further broken down into modular steps or services. This methodology allows us to form an effective partnership with a client; we can contribute expertise as needed or lead a project from beginning to end.
Planning
Great projects are built on solid foundations. With business, customer and brand goals established a clear creative strategy can be formed. We work with clients to help determine a solid project direction.
Step One | Analysis & Strategy: Marketing Research & Competitive Analysis are critical to setting objectives and clarifying scope of work. We provide clients with a report containing a Brand Profile, Business Requirements, User Requirements, Functional Specs, and recommended Marketing Strategy.
Step Two | Customer Research: User and customer research determines the target audience and their needs. We can conduct focus groups with the target audience to establish a client's key market advantage.
